TikTok Shop Setup & Scale

I already registered a TikTok business account for my store but have never activated or configured it. My goal now is to turn that dormant profile into a fully-functioning TikTok Shop that reliably drives sales, so I need end-to-end support across three areas:

• Shop configuration – connect catalog, payments, shipping rules and compliance checks so the storefront is live and error-free.
• Product-listing optimisation – write scroll-stopping titles and descriptions, choose the best thumbnails, and apply keyword tags that match current TikTok search trends.
• Ad campaign management – plan, launch and fine-tune conversion-focused Spark Ads/Video Shopping Ads, including creative suggestions, audience targeting and performance tracking inside TikTok Ads Manager.

Success will be measured by:
1. Shop approved and publishable without policy flags.
2. At least five products uploaded, each passing the in-app quality review and ready for purchase.
3. First ad set launched with clear ROAS tracking and an initial sales benchmark we set together.
