TikTok Growth Expert Needed -- 2

TikTok shop growth strategist and social media setup!
I’m an established beauty, skincare and style content creator looking for an experienced, hands-on social media strategist to help grow my TikTok presence and, most importantly, improve my TikTok Shop engagement , conversions and sales. I already create and post consistently, appear comfortably on camera, make shoppable videos and host TikTok Lives. I am not looking for someone who simply tells me to post more. I need someone who can analyze my existing TikTok account and analytics, identify why my content is getting low views and inconsistent sales, and give me specific, actionable changes to improve performance. I need help with TikTok Shop strategy, hooks, retention, CTR, conversions, product selection, shoppable vs. non-shoppable content, TikTok Live selling and reaching my target audience of women 45+ interested in beauty, skincare and style. I also want someone who can review my existing videos and identify what is and isn’t working. In addition, I need hands-on help setting up and optimizing my Linktree and Amazon Storefront/Amazon Associates presence and connecting everything properly across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including profile links, bios, calls-to-action and an organized system for directing followers to my recommendations. I want someone who can actually help implement these changes, not simply provide a report. TikTok Shop creator/affiliate experience is important. When applying, please provide 2–3 examples of TikTok Shop accounts you have personally worked with, what you changed and measurable results such as views, CTR, conversions or GMV. Also tell me what you would examine first on an account that posts consistently but receives low views and inconsistent TikTok Shop sales.
