I am creating an AI-powered educational tool and need authentic voice samples from a native Tamil-speaking talent based in Tamil Nadu. Your task is to record short passages that I supply in both Tamil and English, keeping each language segment under ten minutes.

The recordings must be:
• Captured in a quiet space with a clear, neutral accent
• Delivered as WAV or high-quality MP3 at 44.1 kHz, 16-bit
• Free of background noise, clipping, or noticeable mouth sounds

Deliverables
• One Tamil file (up to 10 min)
• One English file (up to 10 min)
• Accompanying text file noting speaker name, date, and sentence order

Acceptance criteria
• Audio peak no higher than –3 dB, noise floor below –60 dB
• Script read word for word, natural pacing maintained
• Files load and play without errors
