Troubleshoot SS3-EW BACnet Interface

I need to get a clear, working understanding of how my smart sensor EPD SS3-EW is programmed when it is tied into a MACH-ProZone controller over BACnet. At the moment the interface works erratically and any change I make in RC-Studio shows up unpredictably on the sensor. I want to pinpoint the programming mistakes, learn the correct sequence for mapping objects, and leave with a repeatable method that I can apply on future jobs.

The work will happen remotely: I can share the current RC-Studio project, all trend logs, and live screen-share access to the controller and sensor. You will walk me through each step, explain why the sensor is failing to respond, and illustrate the proper way to build the BACnet objects, write the logic blocks, and push updates without locking the device.

Deliverables
• Review my existing project file and identify every incorrect or unnecessary BACnet object.
• Provide a corrected version (or annotated screenshots) that I can upload directly.
• Live call or video recording showing the programming sequence and—most important—the reasoning behind it.
• Brief notes summarising the key takeaways so I can replicate the fix on other sites.

The session is complete when the EPD SS3-EW reports consistently, all mapped values trend correctly in MACH-ProZone, and I can demonstrate the procedure on my own.
