I need an experienced talent sourcer to jump in quickly and help fill several roles within the Rental and Vacantion sector. All positions relate to managing or supporting a house-based vacation rental operation, so familiarity with hospitality, property management, guest services, or related technology platforms will be useful from day one.
Here is what I expect you to handle:
• Translate my job briefs into clear search criteria and actively source candidates who have proven experience in vacation rental houses.
• Research each prospect’s background, review their résumé, LinkedIn and other professional profiles, then summarise why they fit or do not fit.
• Conduct an initial screening call or written questionnaire to check culture fit, availability and salary expectations.
• Keep the pipeline organised in a shared tracker so I can see real-time progress and make quick decisions.
• Present a concise shortlist with your recommendations, highlighting key qualifications, potential concerns and next-step suggestions.
What will make you successful:
• A solid track record in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally within hospitality, real estate, property tech or another service-oriented field.
• The knack for spotting transferable skills fast and tailoring outreach messages that draw candidates in.
• Clear, prompt communication and the ability to stick to agreed deadlines—we are on a short timeline.
• Strong attention to detail; every profile and note must be accurate so I can move straight to interviews.
If you have completed similar short-term sourcing engagements, especially for vacation rental or hospitality-focused teams, I’d love to hear the details and see examples of results you delivered.
