Zoho Projects Task Data Entry

I’m looking for someone who knows their way around Zoho Projects and can jump straight into the data entry side of things. The immediate need is to create and update project tasks inside my existing portal—setting the right owners, due dates, dependencies, and any custom fields I specify. Accuracy is critical because the rest of the team relies on these task records to plan work and report progress.

You’ll receive an Excel sheet (or CSV, if you prefer) with task names, descriptions, priorities, and timelines. Your job is to import or manually enter that information into the correct projects, double-check that everything syncs properly, and let me know once the tasks all appear as expected. If you spot any inconsistencies, please flag them so we can correct them early.

I’ll share temporary Zoho access along with brief guidelines on naming conventions and status labels. Turnaround is fairly quick—ideally within two business days once you have the file.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every task from the sheet is visible in Zoho Projects with the fields filled in exactly as provided.
• Dependencies, owners, and dates match my guidelines.
• No duplicate or orphan tasks remain after import.

If you’ve handled large task imports in Zoho Projects before, that’s a big plus. Let me know your experience level and how soon you could start.
