Letter to neighbor to slow down through an easment

Dear Robert and Cindy Rehield,
We are writing to respectfully ask that you please slow down when driving through the easement on our property.
The Long Lake Park manager has previously asked you to slow down, yet excessive speed while using the easement has continued. We have also noticed that you slow down when you reach the entrance to the lake, and we are asking that you show that same consideration while traveling through the easement on our property.
Our family, friends, and animals are frequently outside, and our primary concern is their safety. We are not trying to prevent or interfere with your use of the easement. We are simply asking that you travel through it at a safe and reasonable speed.
There are live cameras on the property that record vehicles traveling through the easement, allowing us to document continued incidents of excessive speed over 10 mph.
We hope you will take this request seriously and slow down going forward. If the excessive speed continues after repeated requests to stop, we will document the incidents and seek legal advice regarding what further action may be taken.
We would prefer to resolve this respectfully without taking additional action. Please slow down and help us keep our family, visitors, and animals safe.
