We are looking for an entry-level talent sourcer to help us find potential candidates for our Co-Listing Agent position.

The search will focus primarily on candidates with experience or familiarity with Airbnb and short-term rentals.

Your responsibilities will include researching suitable candidates, learning about their professional background, explaining the opportunity and collecting CVs from people who are interested.

You will not be responsible for making the final hiring decision. Your role is to identify and organize potentially suitable candidates for our internal team.

Previous recruiting experience is not required. We can provide guidance regarding the candidate profile and the information we need to collect.
