The Role
As Customer Success Manager, you own the relationship with our customers once the contract is signed, especially our largest accounts. You guide them through onboarding, stay their go-to contact, and make sure every request gets a fast, reliable answer.
You don't need to be an engineer. You work closely with our technical Customer Success team, who handle the deep infrastructure issues, while you keep customers informed and happy.
What You'll Do
Own the customer relationship after signing, with a focus on our largest accounts
Guide customers from signed contract through onboarding
Be their consistent point of contact at Lyceum
Respond quickly to requests and issues, and make sure each one is followed up
Build trust through regular, proactive communication
Coordinate with our technical Customer Success Team and be responsible for building the customer success function
Make sure our customers are satisfied and keep growing with us
What We're Looking For
Basic technical understanding; interest in cloud, AI or infrastructure
High sense of urgency, don't keep customers waiting
A professional, credible presence with customers
Fast and hands-on: you keep things moving and follow through
Likeable and easy to trust
Strong written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus
Bonus Points
Previous experience in customer success or account management
Previous experience in fast-moving startup environments, ability to adjust quickly and take ownership
Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS or cloud customers
