We are looking for a reliable local freelancer to conduct a site visit and business verification at the following location:

Professor Jonke Clinic Gmbh
Mariahilfer Str. 32, 1070 Wien, Austria
Scope of Work
The assignment will include:
* Visit the above location during normal business hours.
* Meet with the authorized representative, manager, or relevant person responsible for the business.
* Complete our verification questionnaire based on the information provided by the respondent/verifier.
* Obtain the required stamp and signature on the verification form, where permitted.
* Take 8–9 clear, geo-tagged photographs of the facility, including:
* Exterior of the premises
* Building/business signage
* Entrance
* Reception/office area
* Other relevant areas, where photography is permitted
* Submit the completed verification form and all photographs after the visit.
* Ensure that all information is collected accurately and that any relevant details provided by the respondent/verifier are properly recorded. ( Must be Cross checked on Spot )
Important Follow-Up Requirement
A reasonable follow-up visit may be required at no additional cost if any required information, clarification, verification detail, stamp/signature, or other evidence within the original scope is missed during the initial visit.
Compensation
The final and fixed budget is $60, covering the complete assignment, including the site visit, verification, photographs, documentation, and any required reasonable follow-up.

Once we receive your confirmation and proposed visit date, we can proceed with the next steps your quote with our client which will give us the final go ahead approval (that might take time) and share the verification requirements.
