Project Title: Expert Frappe / ERPNext Developer Needed for Synology NAS Integration (Civil Engineering ERP)
Project Description & Requirements:
Core Objective: Build a custom Frappe app (infrastruct_erp) to manage projects, HR, and document automation for a Civil Engineering consultancy.
Environment Setup: Deploy ERPNext (v15) via Docker Compose (Container Manager) on a local Synology NAS (32GB RAM, Btrfs file system) alongside MariaDB and Redis.
Automated Directory Scripting (Crucial): Write a Python Server Script/Webhook that triggers upon new Project creation to automatically generate a specific 10-tier folder structure (01_Admin through 10_Archive) directly on the Synology NAS storage volume.
Custom Schemas (DocTypes): Create tailored databases with specific fields for DPR Projects, Detailed Design Projects, Vendor Master, and Employee Master.
Workflow Automation: Script automated cascading task dependencies based on project type and department (e.g., Highway vs. Structures engineering workflows).
HRMS & Payroll Integration: Configure mobile-friendly daily attendance logging and automated monthly payroll calculation rules (Basic, HRA, PF, PT).
Backup Pipelines: Assist in configuring nightly MariaDB SQL database dumps and validating the backup pipeline to a secondary Synology unit.
Prerequisite: You MUST have prior experience deploying ERPNext on local Synology NAS hardware and writing Python scripts that interact with local OS file systems. Standard cloud deployment experience is not sufficient.
