Structural Analysis & Tekla Detailing

I need a full structural package for a small commercial development that includes
• one G + 1 building in steel framing, and
• two steel-frame warehouses using portal or truss systems.

All calculations and drawings must comply with the Local Municipal Code. Standard gravity loads will be supplied; you will confirm wind, seismic and soil parameters once the site report is shared.

Scope of work
– Run a complete analysis and primary steel member design.
– Build the Tekla Structures model and generate GA, assembly and single-part fabrication drawings.
– Prepare a coordinated Bill of Quantities with weight breakdowns per member category.
– Provide editable files of the analysis model (STAAD, ETABS or equivalent) and the Tekla model.

Acceptance criteria
1. Calculation report stamped digitally, showing code clauses and load combinations used.
2. Tekla model free of clashes, numbering complete, NC & PDF outputs delivered.
3. BOQ in Excel, matching the Tekla weight summary within ±2 %.
