I need a set of permit-ready drawings, sealed by either a civil or structural engineer, that documents three things: the permanent repair detail for a punctured stormwater pipe, a temporary protection method while I finish excavating the remaining 8" of soil on both sides of the pipe between the footers, and—most critically—the way we will pour the slab as low as possible without letting its dead load bear on that pipe.

You will have accurate information to start with: pipe diameter, wall material, current invert depth, and the full slab and footer plans already prepared in pdf as approved. What I lack is a stamped detail package that the city will accept and the field crew can build from.

I expect you to confirm the structural separation or bridging solution that keeps compressive forces off the pipe, reflect any pipe sleeve or encasement needed for the repair, and show the shoring or shielding we’ll use during the last bit of excavation. Provide sealed PDFs for permit submission along with the native CAD files so my architect can fold them into the master set.

If you have questions about local code language or the as-built survey, let me know early so I can supply what you need.
