I have a set of spreadsheet files that already contain all the responses I want captured. Your task is to open each sheet, copy the relevant values, and enter them accurately into the corresponding online survey form I will share with you.

The job is straightforward but precision matters: every row in the spreadsheet represents one completed survey, and each column lines up with a particular question on the form. I will provide a short field-mapping guide so you always know which column belongs in which survey question.

You will complete the assignment once every record from every spreadsheet has been submitted and I can confirm the totals inside the survey dashboard match the row counts in the original files. A quick spot-check on my side will verify consistency as well as correct handling of blank or “N/A” fields.

Please be comfortable working in common spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) and with browser-based survey platforms such as Google Forms, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey. If you already use autofill extensions or keyboard shortcuts for repetitive entries, feel free to mention that, as speed is welcome so long as accuracy stays at 100 %.
