I have a set of multi-page PDF forms that contain a mix of plain text fields and embedded tables. I simply need every piece of that information moved into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook—no extra validation or data cleaning, just an accurate, one-to-one transfer.
Important notes:
• Each PDF spans several pages, so your extraction approach must capture all content without omissions.
• Both the free-text responses and the table rows should remain clearly distinguishable once in Excel (separate columns for text entries, intact rows and columns for tables).
Deliverable: a single .xlsx file that mirrors the layout and order of the original PDFs, ready for immediate use.
