Printed Document Transcription & Data Entry

I have a collection of printed sheets that need to be converted into editable digital files. The task is straightforward: accurately transcribe every word from the hard-copy pages into a clean Word document and, where tables or lists appear, reproduce them in an Excel sheet for easy sorting later on.

Here is what I need from you:
• Faithful transcription of all text from the printed originals—no omissions, no creative rephrasing.
• Correct placement of headings, bullet points, and paragraph breaks so the final Word file mirrors the source layout.
• Any numerical or tabular data copied into Excel with columns properly labeled.

I will supply high-resolution scans in PDF format. You can work in Microsoft Word and Excel (or an equivalent suite, as long as formatting remains intact). Before final acceptance I will cross-check 10% of the pages at random; an error rate higher than 1% will require revision.

Once the entire set is finished, send me:
1. A single, neatly formatted .docx file.
2. A corresponding .xlsx file for the tabular sections, if any.
