Specialty Cafe Logo Design

We are Shop Two Coffee, a small specialty café and micro-roaster in Marlborough, Connecticut. We roast small batches, serve espresso and drip in the shop, and sell whole-bean bags. The name comes from the garage where the owners first roasted coffee. The feel of the place is warm, handmade, and local — not corporate, not luxury hotel coffee.
We need a clean primary logo that can live on:

12 oz / 250 g coffee bags
a small shop sign / window decal
stickers and simple merch later

This job is the logo only. Packaging layout, menu, website, and social templates will be separate projects if we like the direction.
What we need

Primary logo: wordmark “SHOP TWO” or “SHOP TWO COFFEE” plus a simple symbol.
One simplified mark / icon that still reads at 20–25 mm on a bag.
One-color and full-color versions.
A short note on the typeface and 2–3 brand colors.

Direction

Handmade, workshop, small-town craft. Think wood shop + coffee, not third-wave luxury.
Quiet and useful, not trendy, not vintage-cluttered.
No beans, no steaming cup, no globe, no generic “S + 2” monogram unless it is unusually strong.
Possible starting ideas (you do not have to use them): workshop stamp, simple house/shop mark, roasting-drum hint, or a restrained typographic lockup.
Must work in one color on kraft paper and on a dark roast bag.
