3D Interior Design for 3BHK Flat

*Title: Need Interior Designer for DESIGN ONLY - 3BHK Flat - 1490 sqft - Hyderabad - No Execution*

*Project Overview:*
I have a 3BHK Flat - Dhruv Tranquil, Muttangi, Patancheru,Hyderabad - 1490sqft carpet* - Need *DESIGN ONLY* - No execution, no material, no carpenter.

I will get it executed by my own carpenter I need complete design package so I can directly give to factory for CNC cutting.

*Scope - Full house interior

1. *Master Bedroom Wardrobe with 2 sliding doors
2. Guest Bedroom Wardrobe with 2 sliding doos
3. Kids bedroom Wardrobe / Store Wardrobe
4. *Modular Kitchen* - L-shape
5. *TV Unit* - Living wall - 10ft wall - With crockery open shelves + backlit panel + storage below
6. *Crockery Unit* - Glass shutters

*What I Need - Deliverables:*

1. *2D Drawings:* Autocad - Plan + All elevations with dimensions - Ready for cutting
2. *3D Renders:* 1 view per item - Realistic - Vray / Sketchup - Not mood board
3. *BOQ + Cutting List:* Plywood sheet count - *Century Sainik BWP 19mm / 12mm / 8mm* - Exact sheets - Laminate sheet count - *Greenlam / Merino 1mm* - Code number
4. *Hardware List:* Hinges - Hettich soft close - Channel - Telescopic - Handles - Model numbers + Qty
5. *Electrical Marking:* Points for lights, switch board, plug points for kitchen, TV
6. *Material Spec Sheet:* Laminate codes, handle model, profile light spec

*Material Preference (Design accordingly):*
- Plywood: Century Sainik BWP only (Not commercial ply)
- Laminate: Greenlam 1.0mm - Suede / High gloss mix - Not 0.8mm
- Hardware: Hettich / Hafele only
- No MDF for kitchen / wardrobe - Only ply

*Budget for DESIGN ONLY:*
- Fixed fee - Rs 15,000 - 25,000 - Not per sqft - Not percentage
- Payment: 30% advance after measurement, 40% after 2D approval, 30% after final 3D + BOQ
- 2 Revisions included

*What NOT needed:*
- No execution, no site supervision, no material supply, no carpenter team
- No false ceiling, no painting, no electrical work, no civil

*Timeline:*
- 2 weeks

*Location & Communication:*
- Flat in Dulapalli, Hyderabad - But work is remote - WhatsApp + Google Meet
- If you are in Miyapur / Kukatpally / Kompally - Plus point - Can visit if needed
