SolidWorks Expert for Steel Mold Design

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Industrial Engineer specialized in SolidWorks or similar CAD software to design a reusable steel mold for the mass production of precast concrete housing modules.

The concrete module is approximately 3.0 m wide × 7.0 m long × 3.0 m high, open at the top, with an additional 1.2 m balcony on the front side.

Main concrete specifications:

* Wall thickness: 80 mm
* Floor thickness: 200 mm
* 4 concrete walls + floor cast as one monolithic piece
* No roof during this casting process

We need the complete manufacturing design of the steel mold, including:

* External steel formwork
* Internal negative/core mold
* Steel plate thickness calculation
* Structural frames and reinforcement ribs
* Corners, connections and locking systems
* Opening and demolding system
* Hydraulic cylinders/jacks or mechanical systems to brace the internal mold against fresh concrete pressure
* Ideally, a retractable/collapsible internal core to facilitate demolding
* Calculation of concrete pressure, structural loads and mold deformation
* Design suitable for high-volume repetitive production
* Manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOM, DXF/STEP and editable CAD files

Doors and windows do not need to be integrated into the main steel mold. Different openings will be created using removable block-outs placed before casting.

We also need a second reusable steel mold for the separate flat concrete roof element.

This is not simply a 3D modeling job. We need an engineer capable of designing a real industrial mold that can be manufactured in steel and used repeatedly in a precast concrete production facility.

Experience with precast concrete molds, steel formwork, heavy welded structures, hydraulic tooling or industrial manufacturing equipment will be highly valued.
