I need a robust pinion + gear set designed specifically for high-load equipment. The priority is minimum wear over a long service life while maintaining smooth, reliable power transmission.

Scope of work
• Determine optimal tooth geometry, module, pressure angle, and face width to withstand sustained high load without premature pitting or scuffing.
• Provide analytical verification—contact stress calculations, safety factors, and estimated life—to back every design choice. Finite-element or specialized gear-analysis software (e.g., KISSsoft, ROMAX, or equivalent) is welcome.
• Deliver manufacturing drawings and a concise technical report summarizing assumptions, calculations, and maintenance guidelines.

Files to hand over
1. 2D drawings (DWG or STEP) of the pinion and gear.
2. A PDF report with calculations, material specs, and lubrication plan.
3. Native files from any analysis software used.

If you have prior experience engineering gears for industrial applications, I’d like to see examples.
