Software Interview Prep Coach

I am gearing up for a series of software-developer interviews and want a coach who can sharpen both my technical performance and my English communication at the same time. Your own background should include solid, hands-on development work plus firsthand experience giving or guiding technical interviews.

Here’s what I expect from our collaboration: we will run regular mock sessions that cover both technical and behavioral formats, mirroring the real interview flow I’ll face. On the technical side I need you to quiz me on coding challenges, algorithms and system-design prompts, then walk me through missed optimizations or cleaner explanations. On the behavioral side I’m looking for incisive questions that push me to articulate my impact, decision-making and teamwork stories with greater clarity and confidence.

After every round I’ll need concise, actionable feedback—what landed well, where my explanations drifted, and exactly how to refine them for a native-level audience. If you notice gaps in my storytelling or technical depth, please suggest follow-up drills, reading or mini-projects so I can close them before the next session.

We can meet over Zoom, Google Meet or another screen-sharing tool you prefer; feel free to record snippets so I can replay my answers. Let me know in your intro which languages, frameworks or interview formats you’ve mentored on before, and how you usually structure feedback. I’m ready to start this week and will adjust our schedule to match major time zones as needed.
