CESMM Commercial Building Quantity Takeoff

I need a senior quantity estimator who is completely at ease with CESMM to prepare a full take-off for a commercial building project. The scope spans every major discipline—structural components, finishing materials, and all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems—so you should already have a proven workflow for handling mixed trades under CESMM without reverting to SMM7, POMI, or any hybrid approach.

Your output must arrive as an organised Excel workbook. Break the file down by CESMM work sections, keep each measurement line transparent, and include a brief note beside any assumption that cannot be verified from the drawings or specifications provided. Accuracy and traceability are my priorities: subtotals must reconcile, and your cell formulas should remain live so I can audit quantities quickly.
