Social Media Strategist/Manager

Looking for: A social media manager/consultant to think through and run my entire online presence. It is not just posting, but the strategy behind it.
I'm a conceptual and abstract artist, and right now my social presence is growing but unfocused and often inconsistent. I don't need someone to just fill a content calendar but also someone who can look at the whole picture (platforms, audience, voice, growth) and tell me what we should actually be doing, then help make it happen.
What this role covers
Presence audit - Monthly review what's working and what isn't across my current platforms, and recommend which ones actually deserve focus
Content strategy - define a voice and visual approach that fits abstract art specifically: process/studio content, exhibition promotion, collector-facing storytelling, not generic brand marketing and support in building the right content.
Growth plan - a realistic plan for building the right audience (collectors, galleries, press) and follower count
Campaign support - a plan for how social should work around exhibitions, launches, or new bodies of work
Direction for execution - guiding me directly with respect to posting the content.
This is a strategy, direction and support in content creation role, the core ask is: come in and be the person who actually knows what our social media should be doing, make the content to be posted and be answerable to the What, Why, When and How with respect to it.
Who I'm looking for
Experience working with visual, creative, or lifestyle brands (art, design, architecture, or similar) where the content is atmosphere and story, not a hard sell
A strong visual artistic sensibility is a MUST.
Comfortable doing an honest audit and telling me what isn't working.
Understands the difference between marketing to a mass consumer audience and building relationships with collectors and galleries
Strong instincts on Instagram specifically and also on where else a fine artist should (or shouldn't) show up
Based in India preferred, remote is fine
Engagement details
Structure: To be decided, either consultant retainer or employee contract
Duration: Starting with a [30/60-day] trial to see if this is a fit, then ongoing
Compensation: [₹ 25000/month]
