Gamwiz — Web3 Marketing Strategist / Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Web3 Marketing Strategist to develop and execute an overall marketing strategy for a growing crypto/Web3 brand.

The focus is organic growth, positioning, content strategy, community-led growth, partnerships, campaigns, brand awareness, and coordination across marketing channels. This is not primarily a paid-performance advertising role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear Web3 marketing strategy and execution roadmap.
- Build campaign concepts around product launches, features, communities, and growth initiatives.
- Define messaging, positioning, brand voice, and campaign direction.
- Coordinate content, social media, community, creator, and partnership activity.
- Identify Web3-native growth opportunities and plan organic acquisition and attention strategies.
- Work with community and content team members.
- Track results, recommend improvements, and establish KPIs and reporting.
- Research competitors, narratives, trends, and emerging crypto/Web3 opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven Web3/crypto marketing experience, including building or growing a brand or community.
- Strong understanding of X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, crypto communities, influencers/KOLs, and Web3 culture.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to execute independently.
- Strong English and knowledge of organic marketing and community-led growth.

Nice to have:
- Token/community launch experience.
- Web3 gaming, casino, betting, fintech, or entertainment experience.
- A network of creators, communities, partners, or KOLs.
- Viral or guerrilla-style campaign experience.
- Familiarity with AI content and automation tools.

Engagement: remote, flexible/part-time, ongoing monthly cooperation.
Compensation: approximately €500–€750/month depending on experience and scope. Open to discussing the cooperation structure with strong candidates within the stated budget.

Fully remote worldwide. The fixed project budget of €500–€750 covers ONE MONTH of work only. This is an ongoing monthly retainer, with scope and availability agreed within that budget.

We plan to make one initial hire across these four role searches, with potential additional hires later.
