My channel is ready to graduate from hobby to revenue source. I need a practical, step-by-step plan that turns views and engagement into consistent income, then hands-on help putting that plan into motion.

Scope of work
1. Audit the current channel, analytics, and community to spot strengths, gaps, and quick-win opportunities.
2. Recommend the most suitable revenue streams for my niche—AdSense, brand sponsorships, memberships, merchandise, affiliate links, or a blend—backed by projected numbers.
3. Create a simple roadmap that covers content tweaks, audience growth tactics, and monetization milestones.
4. Implement or guide the technical setup: linking AdSense, storefront integration, sponsorship pitch deck, tracking systems, and any required policy or brand-safety steps.
5. Set measurable KPIs so I can monitor performance and adjust over time.

Acceptance criteria
• A written strategy document (PDF or Google Doc) with clear revenue projections and timelines
• All chosen monetization channels fully enabled or ready to launch, tested end-to-end
• A short handover call or video walkthrough to ensure I can manage everything independently

I prefer clear communication, data-driven recommendations, and solutions that can scale as the channel grows. If you have case studies or past results from similar projects, that would be a bonus.
