I have a straightforward mechanical component that I need translated into a clear, manufacturable CAD package. The part is already sketched; what I’m missing is a properly dimensioned model that a machine shop can drop straight onto their CNC software without follow-up questions.
Here’s what I expect in the finished files:
• Fully constrained 3D model (STEP or native SolidWorks)
• 2D drawing showing every critical dimension and tolerance called out to ISO/ASME standards
• Notes listing the required material grade and any surface-finish instructions
Firm plastic material that is not compressible - serves as stop for armrest in aircraft.
Dimensions: 27 mm x 19 mm x 2 mm thickness
(also want models of 2.5 mm thickness and 3 mm thickness)
