Convert Sketch to Manufacturable CAD

I already have your 2 D AutoCAD files and will translate them into a fully-constrained 3 D model, delivered in both STEP and native SolidWorks formats. The final footprint is fixed at 27 × 19 mm, and I’ll build three thickness variants—2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm—so you can select whichever best suits your machining process.

Once the model is locked down, I’ll generate a single-sheet, shop-ready 2 D drawing. Every critical feature will carry dimensions and GD&T tolerances, plus clear call-outs for the specific material grade and surface-finish you’ve specified. The goal is a drawing that a machinist can quote and cut without ever coming back for clarification.

Deliverables
• STEP and SolidWorks part files, fully constrained
• Manufacturing drawing in PDF (and DWG on request)
• Three configured thickness versions in both 3 D and 2 D

Acceptance criteria
• No under-defined sketches in SolidWorks
• Drawing dimensions match the 3 D model and the 27 × 19 mm envelope
• Material, finish, and tolerance notes are complete and legible
