I already have a Siemens S7-1200 on the factory floor and now need the full PLC logic and SCADA layer that will let us follow our energy profile in detail. Your task is to program the controller, map every relevant tag, and build the screens so my team can see:

• Power consumption for each monitored feeder and machine
• Voltage levels on all phases, with alarms on excursion
• Equipment-specific performance metrics that we will define together

On the SCADA side—WinCC inside TIA Portal is the natural choice, but I am open to another platform if it talks to the S7-1200 smoothly—you will create real-time graphs for the operators, historical data reports for management, and a trend analysis page that can be filtered by line, shift, or date range. All data must be time-stamped and stored so we can export it to Excel or a SQL database later.

Deliverables
- Complete TIA Portal project (PLC + HMI/SCADA) with well-commented code
- Runtime files or installer for the SCADA application
- Tag list and memory map in Excel
- Short commissioning guide and remote hand-over session

I will provide remote access to the PLC and any existing energy meters. If you have done similar energy dashboards with Siemens hardware before, that’s a big plus. Let’s get this online and start saving kilowatts.
