Shopify Fashion Store Creation

I am looking for an experienced Shopify freelancer to build a clean, modern and professional e-commerce website for my clothing/fashion brand.

My initial budget is ₹5,000, but I can stretch the budget if you can provide a significantly better design and functionality.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

1. SHOPIFY WEBSITE
- Build a complete Shopify store
- Clean, modern and premium clothing/fashion brand design
- Mobile-friendly and responsive
- Fast and easy to navigate
- Professional homepage
- Product collection pages
- Product pages
- Cart
- Checkout
- Contact page
- About Us
- Shipping/Returns/Privacy/Terms pages
- Basic SEO setup

2. 100 PRODUCTS
I will provide approximately 100 product/reference links.

I need the freelancer to:
- Add approximately 100 products to Shopify
- Create product titles
- Add product descriptions
- Add product images where I have the right to use them
- Add prices
- Add variants where applicable
- Add product categories
- Add inventory/SKU information if provided
- Replace the reference/source branding with MY BRAND NAME where appropriate
- Make the product listings look consistent across the website

IMPORTANT:
I will provide the product sources. Please do not use copyrighted images, logos or content without permission. If the source material cannot legally be reused, let me know so I can provide appropriate product assets.

3. WEBSITE DESIGN

I want the website to look like a genuine modern clothing/fashion brand, NOT like a basic Shopify template.

Homepage should include:
- Large hero banner
- Shop Now button
- New Arrivals
- Best Sellers
- Featured Collection
- Sale/Offer section
- Product grid
- Customer reviews section
- Instagram/social section
- Newsletter/signup
- WhatsApp button

4. WHATSAPP

Add a clearly visible WhatsApp option.

Customers should be able to:
- Contact us through WhatsApp
- Ask about products
- Ask about sizing/availability
- Get order/customer support

If technically possible within the selected Shopify setup, I would also like a "Order via WhatsApp" option on product pages where the customer can send:
- Product name
- Product link
- Selected variant/size
- Quantity
- Price

directly to my WhatsApp.

5. PRODUCT FEATURES

Product pages should have:
- High-quality image gallery
- Product title
- Price
- Sale price if applicable
- Product description
- Size/variant selection
- Quantity selector
- Add to Cart
- Buy Now
- Wishlist if available within the budget
- WhatsApp enquiry/order button
- Related products
- Recently viewed products if practical

6. COLLECTIONS

Create proper collections such as:
- New Arrivals
- Best Sellers
- Men's
- Women's
- Clothing
- Sale
- Featured

Final categories can be adjusted according to my actual products.

7. PAYMENT

Configure Shopify's available payment options based on the payment provider I select.

COD should be available if supported by my chosen setup.

8. BASIC E-COMMERCE FEATURES

Please include wherever possible within the budget:

- Product filters
- Discount/coupon support
- Customer reviews
- Wishlist
- Related products
- Order tracking
- Mobile optimization
- Basic analytics
- Google/Meta tracking setup if feasible

I should be able to easily:

- Change prices
- Change images
- Manage inventory
- Manage orders
- Create discounts
- Change homepage banners
- Manage collections

10. IMPORTANT DESIGN REQUIREMENT

I want the store to have a premium fashion-brand appearance.

Please show me examples of Shopify clothing/fashion stores you have previously built.

I do NOT want a generic store that looks like a basic free Shopify theme.

11. BUDGET

Initial budget: ₹5,000.

I can increase the budget if the freelancer can provide substantially better:
- UI/UX
- Product presentation
- Mobile design
- WhatsApp integration
- E-commerce functionality
- Overall premium appearance

12. DELIVERY

The website should be delivered fully functional and ready for me to start adding/receiving orders.

Please don't send a generic proposal. Explain briefly how you would build this store within the budget and what features you can provide.

I am looking for a freelancer who can potentially continue working with me as the brand grows.

13. PAYMENT GATEWAY / UPI PAYMENT SYSTEM

I also need a payment solution for the Shopify store.

PREFERRED OPTION:

I want the freelancer to recommend and integrate a legitimate payment processor/payment gateway that supports Shopify and Indian customers.

Required:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Other supported payment methods
- Automatic payment confirmation
- Order status update after successful payment
- Refund support where available
- Settlement/payout to my verified bank account

IMPORTANT:
I understand that legitimate payment processors may require KYC/business verification. I am NOT asking the freelancer to bypass KYC or use an unauthorized payment processor.

The freelancer should recommend a legitimate and Shopify-compatible solution and clearly explain:
- Gateway name
- Setup cost
- Transaction fees
- KYC/business documents required
- Settlement time
- Shopify integration cost
- Any monthly/platform fees

ALTERNATIVE OPTION – MANUAL UPI QR:

If a payment gateway cannot be activated immediately, I want a manual UPI QR payment option.

The admin should be able to change the active QR whenever required.

The customer should see the current QR and payment instructions.

The system should create/order-record the order as "Payment Pending" until the payment is manually verified.

- UPI ID
- QR code
- Payment instructions
- "I Have Paid" button
- UTR/Transaction ID submission field

IMPORTANT:
The website must NOT automatically mark an order as paid merely because the customer uploads a payment screenshot. Payment should be verified before the order is fulfilled.

ADMIN QR MANAGEMENT:

I need an easy way to:
- Upload QR
- Replace QR
- Change UPI ID
- Enable/disable a payment method
- Add payment instructions

The QR system should be designed for legitimate business payments and proper transaction records.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT FOR QUOTATION:

Please provide TWO prices:

A. Complete Shopify website WITHOUT payment-gateway integration

B. Complete Shopify website WITH:
- Legitimate payment gateway integration
- Manual UPI QR fallback
- Payment-pending workflow
- UTR submission
- Admin QR management

Please clearly mention all third-party gateway/app fees separately.
