Shuttle Intake Build

I need a full intake-to-payment flow for the BlueWay Community Airport Shuttle live within 7 days. You will receive developer-level access to Simvoly, Stripe (test mode only), Airtable and Make so you can work without delay.

Core scope
• Build a 10-page Simvoly funnel that guides the passenger from application through approval, payment and confirmation.
• Configure a Stripe subscription product at $399 per month with a hard cap of three charges per calendar quarter, and make sure the webhooks feed Simvoly and Airtable cleanly.
• Import a 144-location inventory into Airtable (22 predefined fields per record) and map the application data to the right tables.
• Spin up a lightweight coordinator dashboard that lets staff view incoming applications, recent payments and active locations in a single screen.
• Drop in coordinator support material—invite links, call scripts and simple checklists—so the team can launch immediately.
• Create a Make scenario that syncs every approved application from Simvoly straight into Airtable.

Acceptance criteria
The funnel must load quickly, each completed application must appear in Airtable with payment status reflected in real time, and the dashboard must show live counts without manual refresh. I will run a test subscription through Stripe; when the webhook pushes the record and marks it paid, the project is considered complete.
