I need a streamlined, conversion-focused funnel built specifically to turn visitors into leads through a simple contact form. The job involves designing a clean landing page, embedding the form, and routing every submission so I can follow up quickly.

I will supply branding assets and headline ideas; you handle layout, persuasive micro-copy, responsive styling, and the thank-you/confirmation step. Tracking for page views and form events (Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) should be active from day one, and I’d like the final setup delivered inside a platform that lets me tweak copy or images later without touching code.
