SharePoint Powered Canvas App & Workflow

We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft Power Platform developer** to build a responsive **Power Apps Canvas application** connected directly to an existing **SharePoint List**, together with a multi-stage **Power Automate approval workflow**.

The SharePoint List currently contains approximately **30 columns**, including text, multi-line text, date, choice, and attachment fields. The complete SharePoint schema will be provided to the selected freelancer.

The application should provide a clean, responsive, and user-friendly interface for creating and managing submissions while ensuring reliable validation and data handling.

The Power Automate workflow will manage the complete approval lifecycle, including automated notifications and SharePoint status updates at each stage.

## Core Requirements

### 1. Power Apps Canvas Application

Build a responsive Canvas App connected to the existing SharePoint List.

The application should:

* Connect directly to the provided SharePoint List.
* Support approximately 30 SharePoint columns.
* Properly handle:

* Single-line text
* Multiple lines of text
* Date/date-time fields
* Choice fields
* Attachments
* Other fields included in the provided SharePoint schema
* Include appropriate field validation.
* Display clear validation/error messages.
* Prevent incomplete or invalid submissions where required.
* Provide a clean and intuitive user interface.
* Work correctly on different screen sizes.
* Allow users to create and submit new records.
* Display appropriate submission/success/error messages.
* Refresh or display the updated record/status where appropriate.

### 2. Attachment Handling

The application must support SharePoint attachments.

Users should be able to:

* Add attachments through the Power Apps form.
* Submit attachments together with the record.
* Ensure attachments remain correctly associated with the SharePoint item.
* Handle attachment-related errors appropriately.

### 3. Power Automate Approval Workflow

Create a Power Automate flow that manages the complete approval lifecycle.

The workflow should:

1. Trigger when a new SharePoint item/form submission is created.
2. Update the appropriate SharePoint status field.
3. Send an automatic notification to the relevant recipient.
4. Start the first review/approval stage.
5. Process the approval result.
6. Continue to the manager approval stage where applicable.
7. Send the appropriate notification after each stage.
8. Perform final confirmation.
9. Update the SharePoint status throughout the workflow.
10. Send a completion/closure notification.
11. Handle rejection or unsuccessful approval paths appropriately.

The exact recipients, approval stages, status values, and email content will be provided during development.

### 4. SharePoint Status Management

The workflow must maintain accurate status information in SharePoint.

For example:

* Submitted
* Under Review
* Manager Approval
* Approved
* Rejected
* Completed
* Closed

The final status values will be confirmed based on the provided SharePoint schema.

### 5. Email Notifications

Automated emails should be sent at the appropriate stages.

Email notifications should clearly identify relevant information such as:

* Submission/request information
* Current approval stage
* Required action
* Approval/rejection result
* Completion status

Email templates should be structured so that recipients and message content can be modified easily later.
