PokerStars Mobile App Enhancement

I’m looking for a skilled mobile developer to create (or refactor) a PokerStars-style app that feels just as slick as the desktop platform. My immediate priority is a rock-solid Live Chat function so players can talk to each other seamlessly at the tables.
