ServiceNow Integration Specialist Needed -- 2

I’m looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to own a series of third-party software integrations. The priority is getting clean, reliable data flowing between ServiceNow and external systems, but success here also depends on a solid grasp of CMDB relationships, development best practices, and hands-on skill with Flow Designer.

Here’s what the engagement looks like from my side:

• Analyse the target system’s interface (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) and design an integration approach that fits our current ServiceNow architecture.
• Build and configure the integration using Flow Designer and any complementary tools you deem necessary—Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, or transform maps.
• Map incoming data to CMDB classes so new or updated CIs are created with full relational context and no duplication.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and reconciliation logic.
• Provide concise documentation and a quick knowledge-transfer walkthrough once the integration is live.

Acceptance criteria:
– Automated data exchange runs on schedule with no manual intervention.
– All target attributes land in the correct CMDB tables with parent/child relationships intact.
– Error rate below 1 % after initial tuning, with failures automatically retried or queued for review.
