I’m setting up a steady, month-to-month engagement with a seasoned Tekla Structures professional who can own the full detailing workflow on a series of industrial projects. Every month I’ll pass you new steel packages that need to move seamlessly from concept to fabrication, so I’m counting on your deep command of Tekla to keep the pipeline flowing.
Scope of work
– Build clean, well-organized Tekla models straight from my IFCs, sketches, or PDF mark-ups.
– Produce all GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part sheets, and NC/DSTV files ready for the shop.
– Generate bolt and material lists plus any custom reports I request so purchasing can cut POs without delays.
What I’m specifically after
You’re a senior-level detailer who has already delivered complex pipe racks, mezzanines, conveyor support frames, or similar plant structures. You know how to set up numbering, control phases, manage revisions, and keep the reference model tidy so clashes are caught early. If you automate with macros or custom components, even better—show me that efficiency boost.
Deliverables each cycle
1. Tekla native model (*.db1) with organized phase and revision history
2. GA and fabrication drawings in PDF & DWG formats
3. NC/DSTV files plus BOM and bolt lists in Excel
4. Consolidated report pack (PDF) summarizing revisions and outstanding RFIs
I’ll review the model in Trimble Connect; acceptance is based on zero clash reports, correct connections per spec, and drawings that match our title-block standards. We’ll agree on a percentage release each milestone so cash flow stays predictable on both sides.
If your portfolio lines up with heavy industrial detailing and you’re ready for reliable monthly work, let’s talk timelines and bandwidth.
