Traditional Animator Needed – Fantasy Animated Film

We are looking for an experienced traditional/hand-drawn 2D animator to collaborate on an original fantasy animated film project.

At this stage, we are primarily looking to develop a professional proof of concept, teaser, or short animated sequence that establishes the characters, visual style, world, and emotional tone before moving toward larger-scale production.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in traditional/hand-drawn 2D animation
- Excellent character acting and expressive movement
- Strong understanding of timing, posing, weight, and emotion
- Experience with cinematic animation and storytelling
- Ability to animate fantasy/action sequences
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement
- Ability to work from scripts, storyboards, and references
- High attention to detail and consistency
- A strong artistic eye and ability to contribute creative ideas

Ideal Experience

Experience with animated films, short films, fantasy projects, or cinematic 2D animation is highly preferred.

We are looking for someone who can deliver professional, production-quality traditional animation, not basic motion graphics or simple 2D animation.
