APAC Presentation Branding Standards

I’m spearheading an APAC-wide Visual Language Action (VLA) initiative and need a partner to codify clear, practical standards for our presentation decks. The goal is to crystallise a unified visual language—colours, typography, iconography and motion rules—so every slide produced across the region reflects one unmistakable brand voice.

Scope
• Audit a representative sample of current decks to spot inconsistencies.
• Translate existing brand assets into a slide-friendly style guide covering master layouts, grids, colour hierarchy, font usage and imagery rules.
• Deliver fully-built PowerPoint and Google Slides templates that embed these rules, with section dividers, data-visual components and sample animations.
• Supply a one-page quick-reference sheet and a short walkthrough video demonstrating best-practice application.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Templates render identically in both Windows and macOS PowerPoint (Office 365) and Google Slides.
2. Colour and type specs match our master brand palette and font licenses.
3. All sample slides pass WCAG AA readability contrast checks.
4. Final assets delivered in editable .pptx, .gslides link, and PDF style guide.
