SaaS MVP Cost & Timeline Estimate

I’m scoping a multi-role sports management SaaS that will ultimately serve athletes, coaches, admins, operations and executives. For now, I need a detailed quotation that covers both:

1. An MVP focused solely on the Athlete portal, and
2. A follow-on phase that completes the full production build with all remaining roles and features.

Stack preference is React with TypeScript on the front end and Supabase on the back end; please structure your estimate around that tech set.

MVP scope
The first release should let an athlete:
• Register for events
• View and update assigned tasks
• Receive in-app and email notifications

Please break down your estimate into design, development, testing and deployment, showing expected hours or cost by milestone and a realistic timeline. Highlight any key assumptions, typical team makeup and your approach to Supabase authentication, row-level security and React state management.

Full production scope
After the MVP ships, I plan to add coach, admin, operations and executive portals, plus features such as compliance workflows, document approvals, travel planning, dashboards and role-specific notifications. Provide a high-level cost and timeline range for this larger phase so I can align budget and funding strategy early.
