I’m upgrading an industrial facility and need a qualified electrical engineer to create a full power-distribution system design from the utility service entrance down to the final feeders. The scope centers on system design—no troubleshooting or installation work—so I’m looking for complete engineering documentation that can go straight to our contractor and the local authority for approval.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Load calculations and demand factors for all major process equipment
• Single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and protective device coordination
• Conductor, conduit, and bus-bar sizing with voltage-drop checks
• Grounding, bonding, and earthing layouts compliant with NEC (or IEC if you’re more familiar)
• Bill of materials plus equipment specifications ready for procurement
• Native CAD files (AutoCAD or Revit) and all study files (ETAP, SKM, or similar)
Acceptance criteria are straightforward: the package must be internally consistent, meet the latest code requirements, and clear the first round of review by our plant’s safety team.
If you’ve delivered similar industrial power systems before, especially for manufacturing or heavy-process environments, I’d like to see a brief sample or description of that work. Please outline your proposed timeline and any specific software you’ll use so I can align my internal milestones with your schedule.
