GEM & E-Tender Bid Expert

I run a company that regularly sells goods, delivers services, and undertakes works for Indian government buyers, and I’m ready to scale our presence on the GEM portal as well as other departmental e-procurement sites. What I need now is a hands-on expert who lives and breathes bidding and tendering.

Your core responsibility will be the entire bid cycle—researching the right opportunities, drafting every technical and commercial section, uploading supporting documents, and finally submitting the bid on time. Because I handle goods, services, and work contracts, you’ll be switching between simple catalogue listings one day and multi-package RFPs the next, so depth across all three categories is important.

Key outcomes I expect:

• A clear pipeline of relevant GEM and other government tenders shared in advance
• Fully prepared bid files that pass every compliance checkpoint on the first attempt
• On-time submission with acknowledgement receipts safely stored for my records
• Continuous updates on any clarifications, corrigenda, or post-bid queries raised by the buyer

If you already use tools like MS Excel for cost sheets, Adobe Acrobat for searchable PDFs, and are comfortable inside the GEM dashboard’s latest interface, you’ll hit the ground running. Familiarity with state e-procurement portals such as CPPP, e-Proc Rajasthan, etc., will be a bonus because my expansion plan includes them shortly.
