Rosemount Flow Meter Sizing

I have several customer-supplied datasheets for flow meters that must be translated into complete Emerson / Rosemount model selections. Your task is to review each sheet, verify every stated condition, size the meter correctly in Rosemount’s proprietary sizing & configuration software, and then generate the full ordering code string ready for procurement.

Scope
• Examine each datasheet, confirming process details, flow range, pressure, temperature and any service notes that affect selection.
• Choose the most appropriate Rosemount flow-meter model and all required options.
• Run the sizing in the official Rosemount tool, capture the calculation output and configuration files.
• Produce a concise report per meter: selected model, full order code, key sizing screenshots, and any assumptions you needed to make, clearly flagged.

Deliverable set
1. One PDF report per meter with review notes, sizing evidence and final order code.
2. Native configuration files/export from the Rosemount software so our internal team can re-open them.
3. A summary sheet (Excel or CSV) listing each tag number against its final order code.

Acceptance will be based on the order codes importing cleanly into our purchasing system and the sizing files opening without error in the Rosemount application.
