Romanized Bangla Ads Translation

I need a bilingual marketer who can take a batch of English social-media posts and paid-ad copy and turn them into spotless Bangla—written in English letters—while preserving the same professional, trustworthy voice I use in the originals.

The job is more than a straight translation. Each line must read naturally to Bangladeshi audiences who are used to scrolling fast, keep the core call-to-action intact, and respect the platform-specific character limits. Please keep emoji placement, hashtags, and line breaks exactly where they add value, not as literal carry-overs.

Deliverables
• A Google Sheet (or Word doc if you prefer) with three columns: original copy, translated copy, and any context notes you feel I should know.
• Ready-to-paste versions for Facebook and Instagram ads, adjusted if either channel needs a tweak to fit.
• One quick revision round after I review.
