1. All back line gear will be provided.
2. Sound and Lights will be provided.
3. Food, beverage will be provided for band members ONLY.
4. (8) VIP TICKETS. (Value @ $25.00)
5. 50 General admission Tickets to giveaway to your fans.
(Value @ $15.00)
6. (4) Parking passes
7. Only (1) back stage pass per band member

All Artist /Groups

1. Artists / groups will perform for (1) 45 Minute set
2. IF artist have an original song, it will be played in the commercial spot and video for this event.
3. Each artist will be issue (50) General Admission Tickets, to giveaway to their fans. (Value @ $15.00)
4. Each artist / group will be issue (8) VIP Tickets (value at $25.00 per ticket) for their fan or to sell and artist keep the revenue generated from their VIP tickets sold.
5. Artist / group can setup a tent to sell their merchandise on site (FREE SETUP).
6. All artist can set up a Tent or R/V overnight for camping in the parking lot only (Free of Charge) camping starting on Friday until Sunday.

c. (5) (Artist VIP Tickets@ $30.00), you keep the funds or you can give away tickets to your fans.
d. 100 Flyers, WILL BE SHIP ONCE ALL PICTURES ARE RECEIVE BY ALL GROUPS.
e. (4) Parking Passes for band members

6. Meal and Drink Tickets. For band members ONLY.
7. Back Stage Passes will be issue at venue for band members only.

1. Friday: Set up day
2. Saturday: Only (6) Bands Slots.
Gates Open: 3:30pm. Showtime: 4:00pm
3. Sunday: Only (4) Bands Slots.
Gate open: 3:30pm. Showtime: 4pm
