Meta Business Manager Expert Needed – Ad Account Spending Limit, Business Verification & WhatsApp Setup

**Project: Meta Business Account Troubleshooting & Technical Setup**

We are looking for an experienced Meta Business Manager specialist to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in our existing Meta Business Portfolio.

We currently have a Business Portfolio named **The Naturepreneur Mentor**, containing multiple business assets and two ad accounts. Our business verification submission for Naturepreneurs Transformation Academy & Club Private Limited has been rejected, and we need an expert to assess the issue and guide us through the correct resolution process.

### Scope of Work

**1. Meta Business Portfolio Audit**
- Review our existing Business Portfolio and asset structure.
- Check ownership, admin access, permissions, and asset connections.
- Identify any duplicate or incorrectly configured assets.

**2. Ad Account Troubleshooting**
- Diagnose our ad account spending limit or restriction issue.
- Check billing, payment settings, account status, and advertising eligibility.
- Identify whether the spending limit can be changed or whether Meta support intervention is required.
- Help restore advertising functionality wherever possible.

**3. Business Verification**
- Review the reason for our rejected business verification.
- Identify document or business information discrepancies.
- Guide us through resubmission using the correct official documents.
- Assist with contacting Meta support if required.

**4. WhatsApp Business Integration**
- Check whether our existing WhatsApp Business account can be connected.
- Help configure the appropriate WhatsApp setup for business enquiries, lead management, and automation, if required.

**5. Final Testing & Handover**
- Verify the status of our business assets and ad accounts.
- Confirm whether campaigns can be created and run.
- Provide a brief summary of the issues identified, fixes completed, and any pending actions requiring Meta's approval.

### Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Business Settings.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting ad account spending limits and advertising restrictions.
- Experience with Meta business verification and WhatsApp Business integration.
- Ability to work remotely via Google Meet or screen sharing.
- Clear communication and a step-by-step explanation of the work performed.

### Engagement
We are looking for a one-time technical troubleshooting session, with the possibility of additional work if required.
