Roadside Assistance Dispatch Platform

I’m ready to commission an end-to-end build of a roadside-assistance dispatch solution that behaves much like Uber, but for vehicle breakdown services. The project is split into three deliverables:

• A React Native (Expo) customer app for both Android and iOS
• A companion service-provider app with nearby-provider matching, live job-status updates, and an in-app SOS function
• A web-based admin/support portal covering user management, real-time job monitoring on a map, and downloadable report generation

Core workflow
A stranded driver opens the customer app, shares location, requests help, receives a price/ETA, and watches a provider’s live approach on the map. The nearest online providers receive a push notification; the first to accept is automatically assigned. Status changes (accepted, on-route, arrived, completed) sync instantly to every client and to the portal. Ratings, cancellations, and in-app chat round out the experience.

Technical expectations
React Native with Expo for the two mobile apps, Supabase (auth, database, real-time subscriptions) as the back end, and a lightweight Node/Next.js or similar stack for the admin portal. I’ll rely on you for: database schema, secure REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time GPS tracking, push notifications, clean UI/UX, automated testing, and deployment to Google Play and the App Store.

2. Confirmation you’re comfortable with React Native/Expo and Supabase, including live location streaming and push notifications
3. A high-level timeline with key milestones from kickoff through store approval
