NetSuite Flutter API Integration

Our mobile platform is written in Flutter and communicates with a Node.js back-end. The next milestone is to wire that stack cleanly into NetSuite. The job centres on two parallel tracks:

1. API bridge
You will expose the necessary NetSuite endpoints through Node, handling token-based authentication, tight role permissions, continuous data synchronisation, and a solid layer of error logging that surfaces clear, actionable messages back to the app. Whether you favour SuiteTalk REST, SOAP or a hybrid approach is fine as long as the calls are secure and performant for a mobile audience.

2. SuiteScript automation
Inside NetSuite I need new 2.0/2.1 scripts that:
• keep inventory figures current for the app’s product catalogue
• create and update sales orders end-to-end, including fulfilment status pushes
• feed key ledger and transaction data into our financial reporting dashboard

Deliverables
• Node.js middleware (well-commented, ready to deploy)
• SuiteScripts packaged and installable, with role/permission notes
• Flutter service layer samples that show request/response models
• Read-me style documentation covering setup, auth flow, data mappings and log locations
• A brief test plan outlining how you verified sync accuracy and error handling

Acceptance is met when inventory, order and finance data cycle between NetSuite and the app in real time with no unhandled errors for 48 hours on our staging environment.
