Riyadh Expo Technical Interpreter Needed

From 19–22 October 2026 I will be exhibiting electric-motor and electromechanical products at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and I need one experienced professional on site.

Your core duties
• Greet visitors at the stand, offer fluent English interpretation during conversations and video calls, and keep the discussion flowing so prospects feel welcome.
• Explain basic technical points about our electric motors, drives and related mechanical equipment—enough to answer first-level questions or smoothly pass complex ones to me by WeChat or WhatsApp.
• Collect business cards, invite each visitor to add my WhatsApp, and note any follow-up actions in a simple log before the next visitor arrives.

Why you might be a perfect fit
• At least three years of hands-on exhibition or trade-show experience.
• Familiarity with electric motors, electromechanical or mechanical equipment so you can speak confidently about specs, performance and typical applications.
• Comfortable switching between in-person interpretation and remote video calls (WeChat, WhatsApp).

Schedule & commitment
• One person, full-day presence (approx. 09:00–18:00) for all four show days, plus a short online briefing beforehand.
• I’d like to confirm the booking as soon as possible so flights and badges can be arranged without rush.

Deliverables
1. Four days of on-site English interpretation, reception and basic technical communication.
2. Digital copy (photo or scan) of every business card collected, plus a WhatsApp contact list within 24 hours after the show.
