Description
Hypernative is the leader in real-time threat prevention for Web3. We empower protocols, bridges, and DeFi platforms to detect and prevent exploits before they happen. Our platform is trusted by leading crypto-native organizations to protect billions of dollars in on-chain value.
Backed by world-class investors and experiencing rapid growth, we’re building a customer-centric organization that helps our customers stay safe, agile, and ahead of threats. Now we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join us on this mission.
We're looking for a hands-on RevOps GTM Systems Engineer to be the day-to-day systems and data for our US Sales organization, own our GTM tech stack end-to-end, and bring an AI-forward, automation-first mindset to reporting and workflow. This person will sit within the weekly sales motion, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and data hygiene, while also ensuring our tools are integrated, clean, and actually useful. This role owns the GTM tech stack, plus the AI/automation and analytics layer on top of it.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Ops Field Support
Serve as the embedded ops partner to Sales leadership and Account Executives - fielding day-to-day requests (quoting, deal desk, territory/account questions, tool troubleshooting)
Support pipeline reviews and forecast cadences with accurate, timely reporting
Triage and resolve rep-facing ops issues quickly to remove friction from selling
Attend weekly forecast calls across regions as needed and own follow-through on data hygiene commitments
Flag and correct hygiene issues proactively
Tech Stack Ownership
Own the GTM tech stack outside of core Salesforce configuration - sales engagement, call intelligence, data enrichment tools, and adjacent platforms including administration, integrations, licensing, and roadmap
Ensure data flows cleanly across tools so information is consistent everywhere it shows up
Evaluate and implement new tools as the org scales
Serve as the primary point of contact for tool vendors; partner with the Salesforce admin on anything that touches core CRM configuration
AI & Automation
Identify and build automation opportunities across reporting, data enrichment, and workflow (e.g., SQL-driven reporting, AI-assisted deck/dashboard generation, enrichment workflows)
Bring a builder's mindset - comfortable prototyping with AI tools rather than waiting on engineering for every workflow
Think in systems and data flows across tools, not just within a single platform
Requirements
5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM systems, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
Strong Salesforce fluency (power-user level; SOQL a strong plus
Demonstrated experience building automations/AI-assisted workflows (not just using out-of-the-box tools)
Experienced with integrations across GTM Tech Stack (APIs, no/low-code tooling, AI-assisted acceptable)
Comfortable owning a function independently with minimal ramp support
Based in the US, able to work US hours with some overlap for global calls
