Pixel-Perfect Frontend Build Needed

My high-fidelity desktop and mobile screens are finished; now I need them turned into a fast, responsive frontend. Every component should match the design down to the last pixel, behave flawlessly across modern browsers, and degrade gracefully on older ones.

I’m flexible on the stack—React, Vue, Angular, or even a well-structured vanilla setup—so choose whichever lets you move quickly while keeping the code clean, modular, and easy for another developer to pick up later.

Please:

• translate the existing Figma files into production-ready HTML, CSS / SCSS and JavaScript
• wire up any interactive elements (menus, sliders, form validation, etc.)
• optimise assets and bundle for performance (lazy loading, code-splitting where it makes sense)
• hand over a Git-based project with clear install and build instructions

I’ll review the build on a staging link first; once everything aligns with the design and passes basic Lighthouse checks, we can wrap up.
