Revit MEP Design Support

I’m looking for an experienced Revit specialist who focuses on MEP. The job centres on creating mechanical, electrical and plumbing models inside Revit, with the goal of delivering clean, fully-coordinated BIM files that slot straight into our wider project workflow.

Right now I haven’t begun modelling, so you’ll be starting with a blank template and my outline performance requirements. If you’re comfortable taking a concept narrative and turning it into detailed Revit MEP layouts—while flagging clashes and coordinating with architectural and structural models—you’re the person I need.

You should already work fluently with the latest Revit version, understand family creation, shared parameters, and best-practice naming conventions. I’ll supply drawings, schedules and any manufacturer data we have; you return a native Revit file (.rvt) plus PDFs for quick review.

Please include a brief note on comparable projects you’ve completed and let me know your typical turnaround time for a small commercial floor plate so we can agree milestones right away.
